Processing & Delivery

Order cutoff time is 2:00 PM MST — orders placed after cutoff begin processing the next business day. Once your order is placed, it's processed within 1–3 business days (up to 5 during high-volume periods). After processing, delivery typically takes an additional 7–10 business days. In total, please allow 8-13 business days from order to delivery.

We ship free on every order — no minimum purchase required, no exceptions.

How Shipping Works

Plushound partners with an authorized fulfillment distributor to ship your order directly from their warehouse. This lets us keep prices honest and pass free shipping on to you. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Delivery estimates are our best guidance, not a guarantee. Weather, carrier delays, and high-demand periods (holidays, sales) can extend delivery beyond the window above. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out to us at support@plushound.com and we'll look into it.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
