About Plushound

Plushound is owned and legally operated by Josh Johnson. Plushound partners with an authorized fulfillment distributor to source and ship products directly to customers — we do not hold physical inventory ourselves. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are maintained by Plushound and reflect what we believe to be accurate at time of listing.

Orders & payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy across our site and any advertising, but errors can occur; if a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you before processing the order.

Shipping & fulfillment
